About this property

Heart of Downtown, famous building, beautiful city view from up above (30+ floor!). Huge windows allowing so much natural light! Bonuses are the free secure underground parking spot (it is very hard to find parking in DT Vancouver), and the air conditioning (also not a very common thing in this city). The best location you could wish for - steps to shopping, cafés, and city sights. This place is rented for 30 nights min, which allows us to keep it in a good shape.

Terms & Conditions

1) No parties whatsoever 2) No smoking, it is prohibited in the building. The guests are allowed to smoke 7.5 m away from the building. 3) No pets. Thank you for your understanding. 4) Check-in time is after 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. Early or late check-in/outs can be arranged upon AVAILABILITY, but must be arranged in advance. Late check-outs resulting in a delay of incoming guests will be subject to a $100 fine. 5) Please be advised that losing a FOB will result in us deducting $150 from your damage deposit through Airbnb for its replacement. Thank you for being considerate. 6) Let me also remind you that it’s illegal to download, copy and/or distribute copyright-protected works (movies, music, etc.) in Vancouver. All providers are extremely strict and THEY WILL be taking legal action against people who did this. If the rules are violated I’ll have to reveal all the information about the breaker to the copyright holders, so, please, do not do this. Thank you for your understanding.
